So ... been a while since I was here.. and thought I'd upload what I've been up to... and a new user agreement pops up. I realize I'm probably behind the times. I'm a little torn on this one, and most likely will upload images anyway- despite the fact that the agreement leaves a lot to be desired in the area of artists rights .. which I thought this site was partly about, community, respect and sharing. Without flaming or anything so ill tempered, I do find the wording some what alarming and (as I've said) although I'm behind suppose I'll have to investigate the general responses of other artists out there in deviant land. Maybe you've all left.

Any of you still here? What do you think of all this?

Isn't it big enough risk just putting our work on the web without having to dread one of our old trusted friends is making money off it, while we scrounge to make ends meet? Or has it really come to this, where we just have to let go and believe that we are in good hands?

God, I hope it's the latter.
